The Coordination Secretariat

The day-to-day coordination of ACT-PREP is carried out by the Coordinator, the EDCTP Association, which serves as the project secretariat. The Secretariat acts as the intermediary for communications between the consortium and the Granting Authority, in collaboration with the Scientific Project Lead, and carries out the functions outlined below.

What the Secretariat does

Communications Liaison

Serves as the intermediary for communications between the consortium and the Granting Authority, working closely with the Scientific Project Lead.

Financial Disbursement

Distributes payments received from the Granting Authority to consortium beneficiaries without undue delay.

Deliverables & Reporting

Submits project deliverables and reports to the Granting Authority on behalf of the consortium.

Consortium Coordination

Ensures effective coordination of the consortium in collaboration with the Scientific Project Lead.
